Fraser Nelson - Chair Community Foundation of Utah
Fraser has held positions of leadership in nonprofits large and small for more than 25 years and has a deep understanding of the role they play in improving civic welfare. She joined the Board of UNA while serving as the Executive Director of the Disability Law Center. In 2008 she and venture capitalist Greg Warnock formed the Community Foundation of Utah. Fraser consults with nonprofit organizations and their leaders in Utah and across the country and is adjunct faculty at the David Eccles School of Business. Fraser is a graduate of Duke University and earned her Master’s at St. Mary’s University.

Anna Boulton Utah Arts Council
Anna Boulton is the program manager of the Utah Arts Council’s Community Partnerships Program at the Utah Arts Council. This program provides professional development and technical assistance to over 400 arts and cultural organizations in the state. Anna began her career at the Utah Arts Council as assistant programmer in 1994 while she was finishing her education at Weber State University and became the program manager in 1998. Anna has published two handbooks in conjunction with her position at the arts council, The Art of Volunteer Development, and The Art of Board Development. She has facilitated dozens of workshops and board retreats on nonprofit management including strategic planning, grant writing, leadership skills, conflict management, volunteer development, board development and community cultural planning. Anna is currently implementing an innovative leadership development program, The Change Leader Program, which uses action learning and creates a mentoring network for community leaders throughout the state. Closely linked to this program is her recently developed grants program, the Creative Communities Initiative, a grant focused on community-generated projects based on key partnerships and economic outcomes.

Shauna Brown Project Read
In March of 2001, Shauna K. Brown was appointed the director of Project Read. Shauna grew up in Rancho Cucamonga, CA, and she moved to Utah in 1993. She completed her graduate certificate in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages at Brigham Young University in 2003. She also earned a bachelor's degree in public relations with a minor in Spanish from BYU in 2000. She was formerly a reporter and editor for The Lake Mountain Interactive and The Crossroads Journal, newspapers serving Saratoga Springs and Eagle Mountain. She currently teaches piano lessons apart from her duties at Project Read.

Gretchen Dietrich Utah Museum of Fine Arts
Gretchen Dietrich is Director of Public Programs and Curatorial Affairs at the Utah Museum of Fine Arts at the University of Utah. Before joining the UMFA, Gretchen was Executive Director of the Utah Museums Association, a non-profit, professional membership organization serving Utah’s museum community. Before moving to Utah, she was Director of Education at the Wadsworth Athenaeum Museum of Art in Hartford, CT. Additionally, she has held positions at the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum in Boston and the Philadelphia Museum of Art. She holds an MA in art history from Temple University.

Anne O'Brien Professional Education at the University of Utah
Anne’s professional experience centers on managing complex partner relationships and creating actionable plans for change. She currently holds the position of director of Professional Education at the University of Utah, where she also manages the Nonprofit Academy for Excellence. She achieved her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Northeastern University, Boston, and completed her Masters in Public Administration at the University of Utah. She continues to take numerous professional education courses whenever possible and is an avid believer in continuing one’s education through personal and professional development.

Ceceilia Tso Indian Walk-In Center
Ceceilia Tso, Navajo from Salt Lake City, Utah her family is from Lukachukai, Arizona. She is currently at the University of Utah College of Education in the Dean's Office as a Grants and Contracts Officer. At the College of Education she works with the American Indian Teacher Education Collaboration, AITEC as a Coordinator working with American Indians that want to become teachers. Ceceilia also works with the Strengthening Families Program as the American Indian Trainer of Trainers. She works with tribes in Canada and the USA to assist in obtaining funding and to deliver the SFP Program to American Indian communities. She also serves on two boards, the Indian Walk-In Center and Utah Non-Profits Association.
