Everyone wants to get found on the web, but what does that mean for you and your organization? Do you have the information to make good decisions? If you have Google Analytics installed on your website, that is a good start, but then how do you understand the reports that are available?
In this workshop, we'll walk through how to understand your Google Analytics account -- what it means to explore the data about your audience, how to evaluate your traffic sources, and how you might use it to track goals and successes. We'll also talk briefly about related tools that Google offers, including Google Places (and how to claim your listing) and Google Apps.
