This seminar arms you with the tools to self-assess your financial operations. You will learn the essential systematic framework for evaluating the financial and budgeting health of your organization. The workshop is intended to prompt you, as a nonprofit leader, to begin asking yourself a series of questions in nine essential financial areas. The assessment will calculate the perceived competence of your financial practices and indicate areas that may require further examination.

Presenter Pat Bair has supervised and run public schools, private schools, prison schools, nonprofit and for-profit organizations in Texas, California, Georgia, Virginia, New York, and Utah. She is a native of Texas and has completed her PhD work in Public Administration. She has taught in 6 colleges and universities throughout the country in the areas of education, public administration, and leadership. In 2009, Pat turned her talents to consulting and training in the nonprofit sector, specializing in Board Development, Grant Writing/Fundraising, and Leadership Succession/Transition.
