- Why: Organizations want an understanding of what kind of Board members they need and what the duties of the Board members are.

- Why: Organizations need a simple roadmap for what good governance is, how duties are divided and examples of how this works, practically.

Facilitator for all three sessions: Pat Bair has supervised and run public schools, private schools, prison schools, nonprofit and for-profit organizations in Texas, California, Georgia, Virginia, New York, and Utah. She is a native of Texas and has completed her PhD work in Public Administration. She has taught in 6 colleges and universities throughout the country in the areas of education, public administration, and leadership. In 2009, Pat turned her talents to consulting and training in the nonprofit sector, specializing in Board Development, Grant Writing/Fundraising, and Leadership Succession/Transition. |
