Given today’s intense competition for nonprofit contributions, it is more important than ever to develop a resource development plan. A sound plan is your map and itinerary for raising the money your organization needs. It identifies your donors and prospects and your strategies for researching, cultivating and soliciting them. It is your calendar of events, mailings and strategies to attract contributions. It also tracks your progress toward your funding goal. This workshop is designed to help you Put the Pieces Together for an effective resource development strategy.
