Julie Chang joined UNA in spring 2023 as the Manager of Programming. In her role, Julie is responsible for implementing UNA's advocacy and public policy strategy and overseeing all UNA training and events, including the UNA Credential Program. Julie believes in the power of community, service, and vulnerable connection. With over 20 years of experience in the nonprofit sector, she brings both professional and volunteer insight to her work. She holds a degree in Business Marketing and enjoys exploring new things, being surrounded by nature, and playing with her adopted cat, Talkeetna.
