Each year, the UNA Annual Conference Committee has the monumental task of selecting the recipients of the Nonprofit Leader Awards from the incredible nominations that are submitted. These individuals represent our highest ideals, embodying our collective hope for change and our willingness to achieve it. They advance their missions through bold vision, bolstered by authenticity and genuine compassion.
UNA Hall of Fame Spotlight Recognition (Nominations open through 11:59 PM, Friday, August 20, 2026)
The UNA Hall of Fame honors those hardworking nonprofit employees who have made a lasting impact on their team, organization, and mission. Whether it's their exceptional work ethic, their positive attitude, or their unwavering dedication, this is an opportunity to recognize those who embody the values of their nominating organizations and make a difference to our community.

Utah Philanthropy Day Nominations
Annual Awards (Nominations are open through June 1, 2026)
Eight prestigious awards along with the Heart & Hands and Corporate Community Champion Accolades honor the various components of the critical nexus between visionary, supportive philanthropy and thriving, creative nonprofit organizations that respond to community concerns and the need for change.
Nominations are accepted annually to determine the recipients of the eight awards while organizations have the opportunity to recognize individuals from their own communities with the Heart & Hands Accolade and businesses with the Corporate Community Champion Accolade.
