This is the only plan in Utah that gives employers with 50 or fewer benefit-eligible employees access to a unique group health plan with first-dollar coverage. Designed for nonprofits with two or more employees, the plan also gives your team the flexibility to choose between HSA plans or Nonstop Health™ plans. Nonstop Health™ provides first-dollar coverage which help employees reduce or even eliminate upfront out-of-pocket costs. Your organization may even see lower premiums, making this a win for both your team and your budget.

What Coverage does UNA Group Health Insurance Offer?
The Plan offers:
- Medical (three different Regence BCBS options) - Traditional, HSA, and MERP
- Dental and Vision plans available

What's the Benefit to Our Organization?
Large group pricing for small organizations! With the UNA Group Health Insurance Plan, we're able to bundle our nonprofit members together as if we were all one large employer.
Who's Eligible?
Any 501(c) nonprofit organization that is a current member of Utah Nonprofits Association and has at least two full-time employees enrolled to participate in the Plan.
Organizations don't have to be a Utah Nonprofits Association member to receive a proposal, but must join UNA before enrolling in the Plan. Active membership must be maintained in order to remain eligible for the Plan.
