Kabi Catalano’s career has been dedicated to Utah’s nonprofit sector. Kabi loves to network, develop cross-sector collaborations, and connect diverse audiences to create communities where individuals, families, and communities can thrive.

Kabi comes to Utah Nonprofits Association after serving as executive director of a statewide business and community engagement initiative, where she worked with local leaders to address social issues affecting the workforce. Previously Kabi has held leadership positions in education, human services, and youth-focused organizations. Kabi has earned a Bachelor of Arts degree, a Master of Science degree in Management and Leadership, and most recently completed the Young American Leadership Program. When she is not working, Kabi enjoys kayaking, farmers markets, and live music.
