Jillian Penhale is the Executive Director at the DOVE Center, where she passionately drives initiatives to support and uplift survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and human trafficking. With a deep commitment to the nonprofit sector, Jillian is dedicated to advancing victim services that empower individuals on their healing and recovery journeys. Her experience in this field equips her with the insights needed to develop and implement effective programs, advocate for systemic change, and build collaborative community partnerships. Beyond her professional role, she enjoys spending time with her family, exploring and taking adventures throughout Southern Utah.
