If you've ever received a meal from a food pantry, attended a community arts event, found support during a difficult time, explored a Utah trail, or watched a young person thrive because someone believed in them, chances are a nonprofit helped make it happen. 

The challenge is that much of this work happens quietly. 

Across Utah, nonprofits are solving problems, building connections, caring for neighbors, and strengthening communities every day. Yet many people don't realize just how much of our state's quality of life is supported by nonprofit organizations working behind the scenes. 

That's why we're excited to launch Utah’s Nonprofits Get It Done, a statewide storytelling campaign highlighting the collective impact, people, organizations, and programs creating positive change across Utah. 

Over the next four months, we'll share stories from nonprofits serving communities in every corner of the state. Through short videos, photos, and firsthand stories, you'll get a closer look at how nonprofits are helping families thrive, supporting individuals in recovery, protecting natural spaces, caring for vulnerable populations, increasing access to food and healthcare, and creating opportunities for future generations. 

When nonprofits work together, communities are stronger. When their stories are shared, our community can better understand the critical role the sector plays in addressing local challenges and creating opportunities for all Utahns. 

You'll see stories organized around themes including: 

• Children, youth, and families
• Health and recovery
• Safety and crisis response
• Food security and basic needs
• Environment and outdoor stewardship
• Community and cultural enrichment 

Along the way, we'll feature organizations that are large and small, urban and rural, established and emerging. Together, they tell the story of a sector dedicated to service, innovation, and community well-being.
