Alison serves as the Chief Operating Officer for UNA, where she brings dedication and expertise in operations, events, marketing, and administration. She plays a key role in UNA’s mission, most notably through her many years of leadership of the UNA Annual Conference and the day-to-day operations that keep the organization running smoothly. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and an Associate Degree in Humanities, and she brings both strategic vision and an eye for detail to every aspect of her work.

Alison is committed to strengthening Utah’s nonprofit community. Having worked in and around the sector for many years, she believes nonprofits play a vital role in our communities. Through her work at UNA, she is passionate about helping these organizations thrive.

A lover of nature and history, Alison is especially passionate about protecting public lands and preserving historic sites. In her free time, she often finds herself in the outdoors: hiking, gardening, or simply soaking up Utah's amazing scenery. She also enjoys baking, savoring good food, spending time with her husband and two boys, and catching up with friends. When time allows, she’s also been known to enjoy a video game or two.
